Read the Requirement
Review the SOW or RFQ, identify what is actually required, and shape a compliant, practical response.
Waymark Federal Group helps government customers define the requirement, source qualified providers, coordinate delivery, and verify that the work is completed to standard. Practical support from solicitation review through closeout.
One experienced point of contact who understands the requirement, manages the moving parts, and stays with the work until the government has what it asked for.
Waymark Federal Group LLC is a Wyoming-based veteran-owned small business providing acquisition support, supplier sourcing, project coordination, and quality oversight for government customers, domestically and internationally.
Our role is practical and accountable: understand the requirement, identify the right supplier or subcontractor, coordinate performance, and keep the work aligned with the specification, schedule, and documentation needs.
That model applies to commercial item procurement, facility improvements, specialty sourcing, and OCONUS projects that benefit from established regional presence. The work changes. The standard does not.
The principal brings four decades of operational experience across procurement, construction, interior design, manufacturing quality control, hospitality, and facilities work, with the discipline and cultural fluency of a U.S. Army veteran.
From first review of the solicitation to delivery and documentation, the work is managed with the same grounded approach.
Review the SOW or RFQ, identify what is actually required, and shape a compliant, practical response.
Vet suppliers, subcontractors, or service providers, then confirm pricing, capability, and availability before committing.
Prepare clear, documented quotes that give contracting officers what they need to make a confident award decision.
After award, coordinate suppliers, schedules, logistics, and any on-site activity needed to meet the specification.
Verify the outcome before closeout, drawing on technical background in construction, design, sourcing, and manufacturing quality control.
Keep the work organized so completion, delivery, and lessons learned can be documented cleanly for the agency record.
Waymark is built for requirements where the government needs a responsible operator to assemble the right resources and manage the outcome.
Background in interior design, CAD and architectural drawing, construction, and manufacturing quality control. We can evaluate work quality with technical credibility, not only administrative oversight.

40+ years of building, sourcing, and managing complex projects across multiple industries. Waymark knows what good work looks like and keeps attention on the details through completion.
Timothy Stroud is a U.S. Army veteran with six years of service in COMSEC and Aviation, leaving service as an E-5. The son of a 34-year Army officer, he brings firsthand familiarity with military culture, standards, and operational expectations.
Over four decades he has founded and operated ventures across international manufacturing, real estate development, interior design, hospitality, and project management, including production work in Indonesia, supply chain coordination across Asia, residential and commercial property development, and facility projects from concept through completion.
His background in interior design, CAD and architectural drawing, construction, and manufacturing quality control gives him the technical foundation to evaluate work, manage providers, and hold the line on quality.
Timothy manages Waymark engagements personally. Contracting officers and partners get direct access to the person accountable for the outcome.
Representative of principal background and capability, not federal past performance. These examples show project oversight, quality control, vendor management, and operational discipline relevant to government engagements.
